There’s something incredibly special about photographing mamas with their babies — no matter how big or small those “babies” might be. This year’s Mommy & Me Mini Sessions were filled with laughter, light, and love, and even though I had originally planned to blog each session individually, I simply couldn’t let time pass without sharing a little glimpse into them all together.

Each session had its own sweet vibe. From matching dresses to playful twirls, forehead kisses to full-on giggles, these moms and kids absolutely radiated joy. We lucked out with the most gorgeous golden hour light, soft grass beneath our feet, and the kind of warmth that only comes from being wrapped in each other's arms.

Whether it was a mother walking hand-in-hand with her daughters, a mama cuddled up on a quilt with her growing crew, or a playful session full of motion and laughter — every moment reminded me why I love offering these minis so much. It’s not just about the pretty pictures (though those certainly don’t hurt!), it’s about freezing the little ways love shows up in motherhood.
