This session was bittersweet in the best way.
This sweet family took advantage of the 2025 Mini Session Package, and this happened to be not only their final session of the year — but their final session with me altogether.

They are moving out of state, and while I am so excited for their next chapter, I am truly going to miss them. Even though we only met this year, I instantly loved photographing this family. The girls’ sweet personalities, mom and dad’s calm energy, and the way they all interacted so lovingly made every session with them effortless and joyful.

We ended their time in North Carolina with a beautiful fall evening in Mocksville, complete with golden sun, a rustic backdrop, and the most adorable little outfits. It felt like the perfect way to wrap up their year — and the season of their life here.

What stood out to me most during this session was how connected they are as a family. The laughter, the cuddles, the way the girls held hands and loved on each other — it was everything I hope to capture in family portraits. These images will forever hold the memory of this time in their lives… a year of growth, change, and big adventures ahead.

I am so happy that our paths crossed — even if just for a season — and that I was able to help freeze time for them before life leads them somewhere new.
