I came across a post recently where a woman thanked her husband for working hard so she could stay home with their kids — and truly, I love that for her. ❤️ Her gratitude was beautiful.
But as I read it, something clicked inside me about my own life, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it.
I am deeply thankful that my husband works hard…
so I can also work hard.
I love what I do. I love showing up for my clients, for my business, for myself, and for our family. And the truth is — if he didn’t show up every single day for our family, our friends, and his own clients, I might not have the mental, emotional, or physical space to show up the way I do. His hard work makes my hard work possible… and I hope mine does the same for him.
We dream big separately, and we dream big together.
We work hard separately, and we work hard together.
And that’s how we’re building the life we want.
Some days it’s 50/50.
Some days it’s 20/80.
Some days one of us carries far more weight than the other.
But every day — it’s teamwork.
And I’m proud of the life we’re building, side-by-side.
And here’s the part I really want to share with you…
This isn’t just about us.
This is about you.
Because you have the power to build the life you want, too.
Your version of a meaningful life doesn’t have to match anyone else’s.
Maybe the life you want looks like staying home with your kids.
Maybe it looks like homeschooling.
Maybe it looks like working for a company you love.
Maybe it looks like starting or growing your own business.
Maybe it’s a mix of many things, shifting as you move through different seasons.
There is no right way.
There is only your way.
So here’s your gentle nudge today:
✨ What step can you take — today — to build a life you love?
It doesn’t have to be big.
It just has to be yours.
Your life.
Your dreams.
Your version of fulfillment.
You get to choose it…
and you get to build it. 💛
