This beautiful extended family gathered to celebrate a very special occasion: the grandparents’ anniversary. A Special Connection

This session was extra special for me because I’ve known part of this family for years. I first photographed the girls when they were in preschool, and their mom—who was the preschool director at the time—has played such an important role in my photography journey. Thanks to her, I’ve been able to connect with countless families through preschool portraits in both the spring and fall seasons. Having the opportunity to finally photograph her whole family felt like everything had come full circle.

Generations Gathered

The grandparents have two grown boys—one with a family of four—and it was such a joy to see everyone come together. We captured the entire group, smaller family pairings, and some sweet moments between the couples and children. The love, laughter, and pride they share for one another shone through in every image.

New Adventures for the Family

Beyond celebrating their anniversary, this family also has an exciting new chapter ahead. They recently launched Wilson & Walker Flooring Studio in Clemmons, NC—a business built on craftsmanship and care. During the session, we also took a few professional headshots that they’ll be able to use for their website and social media as they grow their brand. It’s always a joy to not only capture family milestones but also to create images that support my clients in their business endeavors.
