Senior photos are about so much more than getting a good picture for the yearbook.
They’re about remembering who your senior is right now.
Their style. Their interests. Their personality. The things they love. The places that have been part of their story. All those little pieces of who they are before they head into whatever comes next.
Because senior year goes fast. Really fast.
One minute you're taking that first-day-of-kindergarten picture, and somehow you're suddenly talking about graduation, college, careers and what comes next.
That's why I love senior sessions that feel personal.
Maybe that means incorporating a sport they've played for years, their instrument, their car, their favorite downtown spot, or simply choosing a location and outfits that feel like them. And yes, we'll get the smiling-at-the-camera photo that Grandma wants, too. 😉
But we'll also get the laughs. The serious looks. The personality. The images that actually feel like your senior.
Years from now, I don't want you to look at these photographs and just remember what they looked like.
I want you to remember who they were.
Senior photos aren't just another box to check during senior year.
They're a little piece of this chapter you get to keep.
I photograph seniors throughout Mocksville, Clemmons, Winston-Salem and the surrounding Triad area. If your senior is graduating in 2027, now is a great time to get a fall senior session on the calendar.
And if you have a Class of 2028 senior, it's definitely not too early to start thinking ahead.
