Tanglewood Park in Clemmons, NC is Perfect for Fall Family Photos

Tanglewood Park is one of my go-to locations in the Triad, and a favorite for families in Clemmons and Winston-Salem especially in late fall.

It works so well because you get variety in just a short walking distance:
• brick pathways
• evergreen trees
• pops of red berries
• stone steps
• open garden areas
• neutral backgrounds perfect for holiday cards

For mini sessions, that matters — we can create a full gallery without needing a full hour.

And late fall here is ideal.
The leaves are mostly down, colors are softer, and outfits photograph beautifully without competing with bright foliage.

Watching Families Grow Is the Best Part

When I first photographed this family, big brother was  tiny.

Now we have:
a proud big brother
a curious little sister
and parents who have a full gallery of memories showing every stage

That’s what annual photos really become — not just a single session, but a timeline.
