Some sessions are a beautiful reminder of what matters most—and this one at Tanglewood Park was exactly that. It was an honor to photograph this incredibly kind and joyful family in one of the most scenic spots in Clemmons, NC.

The session started beneath the blooming archway, where the family shared smiles, laughter, and that unmistakable bond that radiates in every image. One of my favorite moments was watching big sister kneel beside her little sister with the sweetest, most protective love. Their connection was undeniable, and photographing that kind of sibling relationship is something I’ll never take for granted.

Tanglewood’s garden paths and floral arches created the perfect atmosphere for this shoot—soft light, vibrant color, and space for everyone to feel relaxed and at home. We captured both full family portraits and individual images of the girls, highlighting their unique personalities and spirit.

The youngest daughter, in her bright blue dress and radiant smile, was the star of the show. Her confidence and charm lit up every frame. From joyful moments with her family to quiet portraits among the flowers, she reminded me why I love what I do.
