Senior sessions for guys always make me smile — because nine times out of ten, they’re doing it for Mom. And honestly? I love that. Even if they pretend not to be thrilled about photos, most of them show up, knock it out, and end up giving Mom exactly what she wanted: photos she’ll treasure forever.
This senior mini session in Mocksville, NC was exactly that. He showed up with a great attitude, was easygoing the entire time, and made the session feel effortless. We kept it simple, relaxed, and true to who he is — jeans, hoodie, boots, and a couple of perfect outdoor locations that gave us that warm fall light.
Mini sessions are ideal for senior guys who don’t necessarily want a long, styled photoshoot…but still want (or need!) great photos for Mom, yearbook, announcements, or graduation gifts.
They’re quick — just 10–15 minutes — and I promise, they’re over before they even realize we’ve started.
But whether you want something short and sweet OR a longer, more customized session, now is the time to get ready for Spring senior photos. Spring is one of my busiest seasons for seniors, and:
✨ My Spring Senior Session Waiting List is officially open!
📸 Full, Regular, and Mini sessions will be released in January.
🌿 If you want a Spring date, this is the list you need to be on!
So if you have a 2025–2026 senior (especially one who needs a quick, no-stress session like this guy!), go ahead and join the list now.
Your senior may be doing this “for Mom,” but trust me — they’ll walk away feeling confident and proud, and you’ll walk away with photos you’ll love forever.
